01 · Each rooftop keeps its own rules
Every store has its own settings in Cleo: opening hours and special holiday hours, departments and the schedule each one follows, a transfer directory of people and desks, how many rings before Cleo picks up, and who is notified for each type of task. A call is answered with the settings of the store that was called.
02 · Each store books into its own scheduler
The scheduler connection is a setting of each store, so stores in one group can use different schedulers. Stevens Creek Subaru books into OCAS and El Cerrito Honda into Xtime. Cleo books into the scheduler connected to the store that was called.
03 · One login and one daily summary
A person with access to several stores switches between them from the top bar of the Cleo dashboard, with search, and can have a different role at each store. The daily summary email arrives once, with combined totals for calls, service appointments, test drives and parts orders across their stores, and open tasks grouped by store.

Does each store keep its own rules?
Hours, holidays, departments and transfer people differ by rooftop. A single group-wide script sends callers to a closed desk or the wrong person. Ask to see where each store’s settings live and who can edit them.
Who sees what?
A store manager should run their own store, and a group manager should not need a separate login for every rooftop. Ask how access and roles are set per store, and what the combined reporting for several stores really is.
