Appointments Cleo booked at El Cerrito Honda in a separate 30 days

Stevens Creek Subaru figures cover inbound calls only. A booking-outcome call is a call that ended as a scheduled appointment in Cleo’s call log, not a completed appointment or revenue. El Cerrito Honda’s 112 appointments are from a different dealership and a different 30 days (Cleo dashboard, rolling 30-day view captured September 26, 2026). The three figures are separate and never add up. They are two dealerships’ results, not a promise of yours.

Across 36,070 calls that reached Cleo in 30 days, 5,740 ended as a booked appointment, 8,278 were transferred to staff and 5,405 ended with a message for staff. These are separate outcomes, not parts of one total.

The three paths

What Cleo does once it knows what the caller wants.

01 · Book a service appointment

Cleo asks one question at a time: name, callback number, vehicle, mileage, the work needed and a preferred time. It asks the dealership’s scheduler for open times, offers them, books the one the caller picks and reads back the day and time. If a booking fails, Cleo does not retry: it creates a callback task for staff.

02 · Transfer the call

When the caller asks for a person or a department, Cleo checks the dealership’s transfer list and whether they are open, then transfers the call. If nobody picks up, or the department is closed, Cleo offers to take a message instead.

03 · Take a message

Cleo confirms the caller’s name and callback number, notes what they need and creates a task for staff to follow up.

Which paths a call can take depends on how your dealership sets up Cleo: its workflows, its scheduler and its transfer list.

After the call

What your team gets afterward.

A record of every call

Each call is logged in the Cleo dashboard with a summary, outcome tags such as appointment, transfer or callback, the transcript and the recording.

A task when a person is needed

When a call leaves a task, such as a callback request, staff who subscribe to task emails are emailed with the details.

FAQ

Still have questions?

How does an AI phone agent handle a dealership service call?

Cleo answers on behalf of the dealership, works out what the caller needs, then follows that workflow: it books a service appointment in the dealership’s scheduler, transfers the call to the person or department the caller asks for, or takes a message for staff.
