Confirm that your store uses Tekion online service scheduling, which services it lists and what your open times look like. Cleo books through that scheduling, not around it.
02 · When it cannot book
Ask what the caller hears when no time is open or a booking fails, and where the call goes next. A message taken is not an appointment.
03 · Who handles what
Decide which calls Cleo books and which go to your team, such as recall requests and price questions, before go-live.
Count outcomes the same way for every vendor. An answered call is not a booking, and a booked appointment is not a completed visit.
